Web Application Development Cooperative Student
Summary:
The successful applicant with a background in Computer Science or Engineering will apply their skills of UI design, and knowledge of web development methodologies, to develop project reporting dashboards for a broad user community that extends to Senior Leadership visibility. Proven experience with Python, and a technology-rich background in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Angular, will be of considerable value in accelerating your contribution to the project. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence highly desirable. Other assignments according to skills and interests.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with primes in the Program Life Cycle Program management team to understand program management methods and identify web application tool improvement opportunities
  • Design, document, implement and test web application tools
  • Demonstrate and train others on the use of the tools
  • Create good design records so that the tools may be maintained
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2nd year student or higher working towards a BS degree in Computer Science or similar technical field of study
  • Experience with Python, HTML, and Javascript
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience or knowledge of program management methods
